No matter what page you’re on in our web site, there
are always two easy ways to find exactly what you’re
looking for. Every page gives you the option to enter a search
or to access our main navigation on the left. To search for
a specific item - type either the item name, the item number
or keywords that describe the item into the search field on
the upper right hand section of every page.
Is
the information I give you secure?
We have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain
the safety of your personal information. Your personal information
is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible
by a limited number of people who have special access rights.
When you place orders, all sensitive information supplied by you is transmitted via
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and securely stored in
our database. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered
a secure means of transmitting credit card information. If
you prefer not to order online, you are welcome to place your order by
phone.
How
do I place an order?
It’s easy. First click on the product image or product
name to view the item details. To add an item to your order,
enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Qty box,
choose any applicable options and then click the "Add
to Bag" button. When you are ready to checkout, click
the "Shopping Bag" icon at the top of every page
to view the entire contents of your bag. Click the "Checkout"
button at the bottom of the page. You will complete a series
of forms with your billing and shipping information. Upon
completing these forms, just click "Confirm Order"
and you’re done! An email confirmation
will be sent promptly. You may also phone or mail orders
by following the instructions found here.
How
do I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network
credit cards, PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks and personal
checks. (All check orders will be held until cleared.)
Do
you charge taxes?
We are not required to collect and submit sales tax for any
state other than North Carolina (which requires taxation on
the total price including shipping). You are responsible for
making sure all required taxes are paid. Each state manages
and dictates its own policies and requirements.
What
are Cookies?
Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by your
hard drive to remember aspects of your visits to a particular
web site. We use cookies to help us improve your shopping
experience by tracking which areas of our site are most and
least popular. We never use cookies to store confidential
information. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies.
However, you will need cookies to be turned on and/or your
security settings to be set at an acceptable level when you
are attempting to complete a purchase.
How
do your promotions work?
Promotions, discounts and coupon codes (collectively "Promotions")
are valid for a specified time period (determined by us) and
this time period may or may not be advertised.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously
placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.
- If merchandise was purchased with a Promotion and subsequently
returned, you will be issued a credit at the promotional
price and, if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then
be applied to a replacement or future order.
- Promotional items are available only while supplies last;
we do not issue rain checks for items that run out of stock.
- Snugfits™ can, at its sole discretion, extend or
terminate a Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Can
I request a catalog?
We do not produce traditional paper catalogs
- the shopping experience at Snugfits™ is exclusively online.
We do electronically notify customers of product updates,
unadvertised discounts and special opportunities. To join,
simply follow the link on the left hand side navigation to
register with us.
Do
you do custom orders?
We welcome custom order requests and will do our best to accommodate
you. Just contact
us and we'll see what we can do. Please be aware that
custom orders require additional production time and in most
cases ship out approximately 3 weeks after the order is placed.
Also, custom orders are often more expensive than our stocked
merchandise because of the customized press configuration
required.
Can
I get my purchase gift wrapped?
Yes! We offer adorable white organza gift bags with satin
ribbons along with our enveloped card printed with your message.
The cost is $3.00. The gift bag option, as well as a place
to type in your gift message, is available during the checkout
process. If you need more than one gift bag, please make a separate order. (No receipts will be included in gift packages - or suspected gift packages.)
Will
the shirt design crack, peel or fade?
It shouldn't, with proper care. Our shirts are printed with
highly durable plastisol ink. The design will withstand hundreds
of washings (in cold or warm water) and may be tumble dried
low. Turn the shirts inside out prior to washing for the best
protection of the design and never apply an iron directly
over the decoration. Because of the variables involved with
consumer care of our products (e.g. water temperature, dryer
settings), we offer no warranty (expressed or implied) against
cracking, peeling or fading of the design/decoration.
How
can my child model for you?
It's easy! Just email us a photo of your little cutie wearing
or holding any of our products. Please include your child's
first name, city and state. We will hold
a random drawing at the end of each month with all of the
entries received. The winner will be contacted via email to
choose a free tee or snapsuit. By participating, you are giving us permission
to use the image and accompanying information on our website
and in our advertising (both digital and print) as we see
fit. Most pictures will appear on the sidebar as customers browse our styles. If at any time you would like us
to discontinue using your photo, simply contact
us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate
your wishes promptly. However, please be aware that if an
investment has already been made in promotional material that
includes the use of your photo, full run of that material
will be exhausted before we can oblige.
