An eMail is sent every time the status of your order has changed. You may also see the status at any time by logging into your account (login is located within the navigation list on the far left). There you will find a summary of all the orders you have placed with us and their status. By logging in, you can also update your billing address and stored shipping addresses for future purchases. Tracking numbers are provided via eMail once an order ships, with a link to the USPS website where you can find an estimated delivery date as well as follow the route of a package to its final destination. Please note that detailed tracking for most international shipments is not available online through the USPS website (you are usually only able to see that the package was recieved and subsequently accepted). However, being fully insured, we can initiate a manual tracer on any package that is suspected to be lost. If for some reason you did not receive an eMail from us with tracking information, or have misplaced it, simply contact us and we will be happy to provide that information for you.
