Return/Cancel Policy
If you need to cancel an order, feel free to give us a call or send us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If your package has already shipped, the order can not be cancelled and you must follow the return process.
We do not handle exchanges because of the potential for error. However, you may simply return your merchandise for a refund and reorder the desired items through our website.
We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're ecstatic with your purchase from us. However, if you should need to return an item, you can do so by emailing us at
within 14 days of delivery to obtain a return form, authorization number and instructions. Please provide your order number, located on the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. Returns must be in unused, unwashed and perfect condition.
Merchandise returned more than 14 days after delivery, in unsatisfactory condition or not accompanying an authorization number will not be accepted.
Please note that all shipping and insurance charges associated with a return must be paid by you. Additionally, original shipping charges are not refundable.
If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping charges and provide a replacement or refund without deductions. For items damaged or lost during shipping, we will immediately send out a replacement to you and file a claim with USPS. We do require your full cooperation with the claim process.
